Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code. Check spam, then request a new code; each code is valid for 10 minutes.

Punch in says I am outside the zone. Step closer to the site, or scan the post’s QR/NFC tag. With no signal the punch is saved and sent when you are back online.

I can’t make my shift. Open the shift and tap “I can’t come” — at least 6 hours before the start counts as on time.

How do I report an incident? Me → Report → choose the type, describe it and add photos. Your agency is told at once.
