Privacy Policy
Nawbah connects security guards, the agencies that employ them and the clients whose sites they protect. It is operated by HUNDTEC LTD (“we”). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who sees it and how long it is kept.
What we collect

We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or use it for tracking across other apps or websites. Voice input to the assistant is recognised on your device.
Where it is stored
On our own servers (hosted by Hostinger), encrypted in transit. Documents are private and only opened through short-lived signed links.
How long we keep it
Your profile and documents: while your account is open. Worked shifts, timesheets, payroll and incident records: for the period an employer is required to keep them by labour and tax law (normally up to 10 years in Saudi Arabia), then deleted. GPS points from punches are removed after 24 months.
Your rights
You can see and correct your data in the app, and ask for a copy, correction or deletion. You can delete your account in the app (Me → Delete my account) or as described on this page. Depending on where you live, the Saudi PDPL, the EU/UK GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA or California’s CCPA give you these rights; we answer within the legal deadline.
